













Davis Health Education and Law Enforcement Programs (HELPS) is a coalition dedicated to making our county a healthy and safe place for families to live, work and play. Davis HELPS is working hard to reverse the increasing trend of alcohol-related crashes in Davis County by convincing residents of every age that drinking and driving is too much of a risk for our community.
